Morningdew Communications is offering pre-roll video ads in its video weather reports and web banner ads on its web pages.

Your video content will not change or be edited; however, it will be modified to fit within the assigned dimensions that can be viewedd across media devices from within our web page onto the cellular phone to iPod Touch/iPhone/AppleTV, etc.

Advertisers will receive a monthly report of the number of viewers at the end of each month.

Which video will be use?

1. The 15-second/30-second clip will be use as a pre-roll for each weather reports.
2. The 30-second clip will be use as commercial breaks during the cases of severe weather and hurricane reports on live streaming video. The live streaming video is schedule to be released soon.

Morningdew Communications, Inc. is now offering nationwide weather forecasts across the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Regionals forecasts will be available soon once the ratings are met for the area.

The weather reports are delivered to:

• Recreational Facilities

Specifications / Delivery of Video Ads

Deaf Weather videos are shown in three current formats: Web site, iPhone / iPod Touch and HD format. Other video dimensions format for 3G cellular phone and related devices will be available at later date.

Morningdew Communications, Inc., production staff uses Final Cut Pro Studio 2, Motion 2, Adobe Flash CS3, Adobe Flash CS3 Video Encoder on Macintosh platform. Please follow the guidelines below before submitting advertisements.

Closed Caption

Closed caption is a standard text format with time code that is sync with the time code on the video track. Morningdew Communications, Inc., production staff inserts the caption text if none of the videos are closed caption on a non-sign language version, the time code is not included to the closed caption text, or absent closed captioning from any audio, a fee is applied to each video clips.
